Photo Scanning Process

1. Order Online

Order a scanning service and any other products online. When we receive your order, we will contact you with shipping instructions. Or, if you purchase a Prepaid Shipping Box, we will notify you when the box has been sent to your address.

2. Ship Photos to Us

Prepaid Photo Shipping Box

Includes: 1,000 Photo scans (or) 75 Oversized Photo Scans

We send you a customized photo shipping box, and you fill it with your photos and send it back to us. (Postage paid, includes shipping label and instructions.)

(Or)

Ship photos yourself

Pack your photos in a box using our shipping instructions which will be sent to your e-mail following purchase. The provided Photo Packing Instructions will simply and clearly explain packing specifications. (Box and postage not included)

3. We Scan Photos

We Receive and delicately Scan your Photos.

When we receive your photos you will be notified of their safe arrival. Tracking your shipment online is available with USPS.

4. Photo Sharing and Return Shipping

After scan completion, you will receive a link to your photos where you can download them to your computer. Furthermore, you will receive a notification that your photos and any other products you may have purchased have been shipped back to you.

On the purchase page DVDs, Memory Sticks and Digital Photo Frames are available for gifts and secondary storage options.

E-mail notifications are sent throughout every step of the process. You will always know where your photos are and the status of your order.
