Photo Packing and Shipping Instructions

You will need

1. A Shipping Box

We recommend:

     500 - 1,000 Photos:

          - 1 Medium size Flat Rate Box - USPS (fits up to 1,000 photos)

     1,500 - 2,000 Photos:

          - 2 Medium size Flat Rate Box's - USPS (fits up to 1,000 photos in each box)

2. Plastic Bags

3. Packing Tape

4. Bubble Wrap

Photo's limitations

- Maximum Size of Photos 6 1/2"X 4 1/2"

- Quality of photos; Photos cannot have glue, tape or any other foreign substance on the photos. This will cause damage to our scanners.

Packing Instructions 

Step 1

Place 100 photos in each Plastic Bag. (amount does not have to be exact.)  

Step 2

Put a layer of bubble wrap around the inside of the box.

Step 3

Place the Bags of Photos inside the box.

Step 4

Use the Bubble wrap to secure the photos in place.

Step 5

Tape box closed.
